YHurt.com is being built as a freely accessible public resource for people trying to understand themselves, the people around them, and what happens between us.
Much of the foundation now exists.
The work ahead is to complete it, strengthen it, test whether people can genuinely use it, and continue developing the practical tools that can grow from it.
Support provides the time, stability, and working capacity required to do that responsibly.
Keeping the central material freely available does not make it free to create or maintain.
The work requires ongoing research, writing, editing, site development, technical maintenance, visual and video production, administrative support, professional consultation, and careful review of what is being offered publicly.
It also requires enough stability for the work to continue without being driven by advertising, paywalls, attention-capturing tactics, or pressure to release material before it is ready.
Voluntary support helps make that possible.
Support at this stage helps us:
At present, much of the research, writing, organization, and development is being carried by the founder.
Early support therefore funds both direct project expenses and the time and stability required to continue the work.
That is not separate from the project.
At this stage, it is one of the conditions that allows the project to continue.
Funding may be used for:
Priorities may change as the project develops, but the commitment to responsible use and transparent reporting will remain.
The purpose of funding is not expansion for its own sake.
The project will grow only when there is enough capacity to support what is being added.
That means:
If resources increase, development can move forward more quickly.
If resources are limited, the work will continue at a pace that can be sustained responsibly.
For larger contributions, organizational support, philanthropic involvement, or partnership discussions, please use the contact page.
There is no expectation that every form of support must look the same.
What matters is that any relationship supporting this work remains transparent, responsible, and consistent with its purpose.
You do not owe this project financial support because you visited the site or found something useful here.
The central material is intended to remain freely accessible.
If you believe this work should continue, and you are in a position to help make that possible, your support will provide something very real:
Thank you for considering it.
